My invoice number was HOCS758164 and this review is for him and him alone. I have to say, this being my first visit to Garcia Honda Service center, my initial impression wasn't good. I didn't know where to go and so went into the glass kiosk outside the center to ask for assistance. The pompous pretty boy on the right asked me how he could assist and talked over me as I answered. I found him to be rude and unhelpful. I was ready to never come back to Garcia Honda again and you can thank the gentleman who actually assisted me for giving you another chance. More

My husband and I were driving to work when one of the wheels started making a metallic scraping sound. We pulled over and did not see anything. They charge more than the independent auto mechanics, so I don't use the dealers. That said, Garcia Honda people are ALWAYS courteous, professional, friendly. They ALWAYS tell me what's going on with my car. The Garcia Honda people have become familiar faces, part of my community, and I appreciate that. More
