I am very much impressed with the professionalism and customer experience I received from the team i’ve Worked with during my deal right from sales to product specialist to finance. Steven did make all efforts to understand my needs, budget to make the deal work for both of us and closed the deal on the same day, during negotiations. Cary has spent more than enough time as a product specialist with me to ensure I understood all the new features of my Honda Pilot 2019. No doubt he has complete handle on this product and the patience to deal with customers like me who like to ask many many questions. Last but not the least Mr David was proactive enough to help with my finance related questions, trade in details. More
NOTHING SHORT OF INSULTING Had been emailing Michael McKinnon about selling my deceased brothers CRV back to the dealership since he bought it there last year, paid cash. Thought with the clear title and purchase from this dealer, the transaction could be fast and fair. Entering with title,death certificate, and legal papers in hand, Micheal handed my wife and I off immediately to another associate who didn't even know the situation. The vehicle was never inspected, or driven and only a brief form filled out and we were told that the 2018 CRV EX was worth $20,000, $2,000 less than a CarMax offer. I needed a written offer for the estate attorney and was told, that person is on a trip and not available till next week. Would never recommend or purchase from a Garcia store. More

I simply ask if I can test drive the 2.0 Honda accord sport. But Andrew told me in a rude way and said "are you going to buy the car this time?" As I have never meet this guy before and he then continue being rude and tell me that I'm not allowed to test drive the car unless I committed to buy the car. and ask me to get my car appraised in order to test drive the car. lol. I think Garcia honda needs to train their sales people on customer service or maybe it's just Andrew. But please train your employees not to be rude to customers. Poor customer service and did not honor my coupon. I received a coupon in the mail for a $39.99 oil change. The coupon is addressed to me, has the year/make/model of my car and estimated mileage. When I received a coupon in the mail for a $39.99 oil change. The coupon is addressed to me, has the year/make/model of my car and estimated mileage. When I arrived at the dealership the maintenance advisor entered my information and gave me the form to sign. The amount was $20 more than my coupon. When I questioned it he very rudely said that the coupon was not for my year of car. I pointed out that the coupon had my specific car listed and he rudely asked me if I wanted the oil change or not. I probably would have stayed and paid the extra but he was so rude and I am frustrated to receive a coupon from Garcia Honda and Garcia Honda did not honor it. Both my daughter and I purchased cars at Garcia in 2018 and the sales process was great but the maintenance and service department is nothing but a headache. More
Good sales; Update-Made right the botched protection coating It happens, but it did get resolved. The salesman Tony was very responsive and helpful. I do love the CR-V. Manny in detailing was very nice and a hard worker. David in service/repair was polite and acknowledge the issues. Service was fair to poor and left my truck with spots everywhere on the inside and outside from the protective coating I purchased. Communication to get a problem addressed was terrible at the time. Steven, sales manager, worked hard to accommodate the customer and address the issue, and feel he was doing his best. I'm still hoping for a happier ending. I still love my CR-V and have named her speckles. Update: I worked with the GM Mike McKinnon who was able to do research and did solve the issue. Garcia Honda cared enough to keep working toward a solution. I appreciate the additional effort, the resolution, and the care from the team. My truck's speckles are gone, but she will keep the name for fun. I love my CRV. Thanks Garcia Honda, and Mike, for your continued customer service and efforts. More
