The customer service was "Great" due to a quick check-in from the drive-in bay, prompt service inside by an advisor and little wait for a courtesy shuttle as I was dropped off and picked up. The last point was a decider due to my not having any other means to get home and quite a waste of my time if I had to hang around the service center all day. The lesser "Good" ratings are due to my needing time to evaluate the quality of vehicle servicing done, but I do appreciate the notes about the front struts from the inspection done on my car. Also, it's been awhile since my last visit for service because I was a bit turned off by a less than friendly experience or two I had had in the past. I'm glad to say that that was not the case yesterday. Lastly, the "OK" for the cost of the servicing should not be surprising. Servicing usually costs more than you'd hope it might. I realize that the type of servicing probably required a lot of shop time, and in the end the advisor was able to take a little off the quoted price but it still hurt. Replacing the belts and pump was necessary and I needed the dealer to handle this one. So thank you! More
I had originally experienced Garcia Honda through a friend's service there. While I was picking her up after she dropped off her car, I mentioned a problem with my own 2007 Fit. The service manager promptly told me to drive it around and they fixed it in a very short time at a very reasonable price. I decided then that I would buy my next new Honda at Garcia. So when I did come back for a 2013 Fit, I was not at all surprised by the great service and attention to my requests and needs in making the purchase happen as easily and painlessly as possible. I actually wound up buying more car than I thought I could for a payment well within my budget. I remarked on the great service and Manuel had a great perspective. He said "There are 3800 Honda dealerships in the United States. So why would you come to this one, other than for the excellent quality customer service we provide." I agree. More
This is the second new car I have bought from Garcia Honda. I've always been treated very well by all sales/floor staff I've encountered and never felt pressured to buy anything. Took care of all issues for the right price and had me out of there in under 2hrs. The WIFI speed needs to be increased though to allow me to conduct my business easier while waiting. I'm not sure if Patrick was the automotive technician who worked on my vehicle or if he was the gentleman who checked me in. My invoice number was HOCS758164 and this review is for him and him alone. I have to say, this being my first visit to Garcia Honda Service center, my initial impression wasn't good. I didn't know where to go and so went into the glass kiosk outside the center to ask for assistance. The pompous pretty boy on the right asked me how he could assist and talked over me as I answered. I found him to be rude and unhelpful. I was ready to never come back to Garcia Honda again and you can thank the gentleman who actually assisted me for giving you another chance. More
