Took care of all issues for the right price and had me out of there in under 2hrs. The WIFI speed needs to be increased though to allow me to conduct my business easier while waiting. I'm not sure if Patrick was the automotive technician who worked on my vehicle or if he was the gentleman who checked me in. My invoice number was HOCS758164 and this review is for him and him alone. I have to say, this being my first visit to Garcia Honda Service center, my initial impression wasn't good. I didn't know where to go and so went into the glass kiosk outside the center to ask for assistance. The pompous pretty boy on the right asked me how he could assist and talked over me as I answered. I found him to be rude and unhelpful. I was ready to never come back to Garcia Honda again and you can thank the gentleman who actually assisted me for giving you another chance. More

My husband and I were driving to work when one of the wheels started making a metallic scraping sound. We pulled over and did not see anything. When my mom & I drove up, Travis Twilley came to see how he could help us. I had asked for Ayrat, but he was off. I asked Travis Twilley to help me. He took us to Monica O'Malley who greeted us very friendly & professional. She had Travis help us with finding a new Honda Civic. Travis showed us the new 2013 Honda Civic. I got to test drive once we were off the lot. My mom & I were very impressed with all the features of the Honda Civic. Once the decision was made to buy one, Monica told us what colors were available & I got to choose the color I wanted. I picked white.Travis helped me fill out the paperwork & Monica helped, too. My mom was very kind in giving the down payment. We explained the situation of being in a car accident. I was still fighting with the insurance company as to what they were going to do with my 1993 Honda Accord. After a few days, we decided to go ahead & get the car despite no answer from the insurance company. Monica called & I returned her call with a date to go get the car. Monica told me that Travis would come pick me up & take me so I could get my new car right away. I made the appointment for Thursday after work. I am very appreciative of being picked up. A friend was picking me up & taking me home for @ 1 1/2 weeks. She was starting to get irritated. Once we got there at the dealership, Travis was very helpful. I got to see the additional features that I could add to the Honda Civic while we were waiting for Matthew Newton. Monica came over & asked how my mom was and if I was excited about my new car. Yes I was excited & happy to be getting my new car. Very friendly & courteous. Impressive lady. Once I got into his office, we did the paperwork in no time. Matthew explained each single paper that I was signing & why. He also answered my questions in regards to payments & payming extra when I had the money. He even made a few excellent suggestions to help get the car paid off faster. Excellent information I will follow. Once done, I got my paperwork & Travis took me to my new car. He explained all the features of the car. He even answered all my questions regarding some necessary features I needed to know in order to drive my car. Eg: lights, window wipers. He was very kind to set up the bluetooth on my phone with the car. How cool is that!!!!! Excellent explainations of the car controls. Ones that I needed to know & ones that I wanted to know. If I was to buy another Honda, I would definitely ask for Travis Twilley as a salesman. I would be happy to work with Monica O'Malley & Matthew Newton again. They are very professional & excellent employees. I hope that they are with you for a very long time!!!!!
