I have to be honest, all I went in for was to have an extra key made for my 2010 Honda Civic. By the time I left, I walked out with a new key that went to my new 2014 Honda Civic. Superb customer service Since I live two and a half hours out of town and I work seven days a week it is difficult to bring my vehicle to the dealership to be serviced. Door lock repair Garcia Honda service department got my CR-V into the bay quickly and assessed the problem. Within 15-minutes, the technician explained the problem to Garcia Honda service department got my CR-V into the bay quickly and assessed the problem. I was happy they fixed the door lock, but I don't know why they company did not situate a Recall on this safety item? More

After there was some confusion on it being available at Garcia Honda, Scott got in touch with me and set it up to have it installed the next day. Everyone at the service center was polite and helpful.
