I have bought from them in the past and genuinely felt good about my history with them. The most recent buying experience was marked by incompetence, deceit, and frustration. If a man named Sequoia is trying to help with the sale run in the opposite direction! Needless to say, I likely won't be buying from them again. However, all that being said, I am continually impressed by the service department. Other than their phone system to set up appointments being a pain, the service is top notch! Theo and Keaton were fantastic, extremely helpful, caring and enthusiastic. It is clear that they not only care about their work, but they truly have a desire to do it well. If only this could be brought to their sales department! Thank you guys for starting to restore my faith in your company. More

Angel went over what my car needed service after initial inspection. I told Angel that I can't leave my car all day for all the works. Angel was able to arrange a loaner car for me so I can go to my appointment and errand. My car was ready before the estimated time and cost less than the estimate. I have my honda civic service by Garcia honda since 2001. Everybody is terrific. I recommend Garcia to my family and friends. More

Great service and concern for customers My service for my Honda Fit was wonderful. I got things in and out in good time and the service manager was great at explaining everything to me. My wife's car also was serviced and the problems taken care of that same day despite our delay of getting back to the service department late in the afternoon. I love Honda's and this is one of the reasons why, great service and care, not just the feeling of being taken advantage by someone who is just in it for the money. More
A cold shoulder I took my car in for a lube and oil. I was greeted quickly by someone who was very friendly. However, once I got inside to give my info, etc, it seeme I took my car in for a lube and oil. I was greeted quickly by someone who was very friendly. However, once I got inside to give my info, etc, it seemed that everyone was a bit on edge; not as friendly as in past experiences. My car was done very quickly and with extremely good work. However, the gentleman who called me actually called me over the speaker (which was very difficult to hear). I wasn't sure it was me who was paged, so I went to the service desk to ask, and the gentleman told me he had been calling me for some time, quickly, and w/o showing me the test results from the paper, glossed over the recommendations. He didn't come back to get me (I was right there - in the waiting area, not far....) and was very pointed. I was taken by surprise as it was just a weird experience. I have enjoyed coming to this service center at the dealers for 5-6 years now. I find their work to be of quality and usually are over-the-top friendly and courteous. Not this time. I am hoping this is just a fluke and not what will be the norm from now on. More

Routine Maintenance I was asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash, and I said yes. But I rate the quality of the wash as "D". Offering a wash is a great customer service idea; but if the wash is done poorly, you might as well not do it. More
