He provided a loaner car so we could take a previously planned car trip and kept in touch with us via several calls while waiting for parts. When the parts were installed he showed us the area concerned on another car being worked on in the shop. We were disapointed that our new car had a factory defect and that the parts needed were not available in the U.S., causing our car to be out of service for 3 weeks. We believe that Jon made the best of a manufacturing defect situation and appreciate his time and efforts. More

Came in Early, Left Earlier I had an appointment at 8:30, but was there at 7:30...they took me anyway and I got my car back before my actual appointment. I went in for an oil change but during the multi-point inspection a few th Mr. Baros in the Honda service department was very friendly and welcoming. I went in for an oil change but during the multi-point inspection a few things were found that needed to be addressed sooner or later. Since I wasn't prepared to pay for anything other than the oil change Mr Baros did not pressure me on the other items but he did offer to have them attached to my invoice for my future reference.
