Dallas showed us how our car works; a first class gentleman. Gary was a sales person, kind, courteous. We bought a new Accord less than two weeks ago. New car sales was friendly and helpful. Getting through the sale was satisfactory but they offer $2500 less than the trade in value from NADA for a New car sales was friendly and helpful. Getting through the sale was satisfactory but they offer $2500 less than the trade in value from NADA for a very clean used car with 50,000 miles under average mileage. After the sale I ordered parts from Honda Dreamshop to be delivered to Garcia Honda. They did not appear when Dreamshop said they were delivered and their parts dept does not answer the phone. Better yet their voicemail box is full so no messages allowed. After driving down there I was told they did not order the parts??? The service after the sale is the worst I have ever seen! More
