My car was dead, I called Garber, spoke with Jack about my problem, he was very friendly. I had my car towed to the dealership, and it was taken care of right away. My car was done the same day! I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Something I had had done there a few times before and usually took less than an hour. So why such a good rating you might ask - the customer service rep came an apologized for the delay and made me feel my wait time was very important to them too and better yet the entire service was free of charge!!! I brought my car in to have a mirror replaced. They replaced the mirror quickly. I had also asked them to take a look at the tires as my tire pressure light was on. We determined that I needed 4 n They replaced the mirror quickly. I had also asked them to take a look at the tires as my tire pressure light was on. We determined that I needed 4 new tires. Rather than having to wait for additional time for this services, they quickly provided me a beautiful loaner to drive so the work could be completed the next day. Overall everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. More
