I ventured into getting the complete package as my salesman said he would spend time to walk me through all the new high-tech features. He spent a lot of time going over everything and I was amazed that with his help all went very well. He has contacted offering more assistance which is greatly appreciated as I move through my learning curve. The follow-up and attention to detail by the Doyle staff was exceptional. I would recommend this dealership highly and have been dealing with them for decades and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT. More
A Cut Above the Rest I've found that there's a significant difference between knowing ABOUT a car and KNOWING a car. That was never more evident than when looking at the Subaru WRX. The first dealership I talked to about the WRX was friendly and knowledgeable, but the salesperson didn't really know more than what was on the spec sheet. It just sort of felt like I was the next in line at the DMV and they were just telling me things I could read off the Subaru website. They knew ABOUT the car, but that's where it stopped. When I got to Doyle and sat down with Brent, it was clear he KNEW the WRX because he owned one. He was able to give me more insight into the car than a spec sheet could ever tell me. He didn't balk when I told him I was a few months away from pulling the trigger and offered to answer any questions I might have. When the day did come to buy the car, I was amazed at how quick and painless the process actually was. There was no haggling, just a fair offer. They even matched the trade-in offer on my car from another dealership. With the custom order placed, Brent kept me in the loop along the way as I waited for the car to arrive and answered every question I peppered him with. I've owned the car for almost 2 weeks now and it's everything I hoped it would be and more. Brent was the reason I bought my car at Doyle, he's the reason I would tell anyone to go see him at Doyle if they're looking for a car, and he's the reason I'd go back to Doyle in a heartbeat to buy another Subaru. I owned a Nissan Rogue that couldn't pull it's own weight and because I am moving to the mountains of Colorado, I needed a car I could depend on. The most popular car seen in and around the area I am moving to is, by far, the Subaru so my decision was easy and so was the buying process. Paul made a point of fighting my case and worked with the sales manager to get the most for my trade. Once agreed on, the purchase process was short and sweet. No surprises or hard sell after the fact. I appreciated that. I also had a concern after the sale and Jason in finance listened and followed through with my request. All is well at Doyle. I base my purchases on the depth of knowledge of the sales associate, as well as the flexibility and fairness in payment options. With my first car from this dealership three years earlier, Brent went beyond the normal call of duty demonstrating the different models with me for two hours in torrential rain, and in addition met my payment requirements. When I returned for my second Subaru, I was pleased that Brent was still working there, and his deep knowledge of each model's engineering and handling aspects versus the competition was beyond any other auto salesperson I've dealt with. In addition, he created of a variety of ways to structure the deal to fit my needs. Brent and the management at Doyle have earned the highest marks, out of my 40 years of purchasing cars. More

He has been just what everyone needs helpful, but not pushy. I have been happy to recommend him to my friends. I'm sure Doyle and Subaru are happy to have him and we are happy that we found them! I procrastinated b/c buying a car always seemed like a huge inconvenience and hassle....but now I know it doesn't have to be like that. I felt compelled to write this review because my experience with Doyle Subaru and specifically working with Jeremy Oakley was - by all accounts - enjoyable, straightforward, and very convenient. I am very pleased with my 2016 Forester. Jeremy was determined to sell me my ideal vehicle, even if it wasn't in their stock. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood my time constraints when it came time to get through the paperwork. I look forward to continued business and recommend Doyle Subaru in the highest possible terms. More
