So I specifically asked for an appointment with him. It was a GREAT experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He quickly helped me make all the decisions I needed to make. Within a few hours, the process was complete and the car was ordered. I wanted a white Forrester which he had to look for. Within a day he had found one. He had predicted with options would be most likely available so his cost estimate was spot on. The pick up went extremely easily. Brent is very patient. Our salesman, Brent Venishel, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we wanted with the extras we requested. There were several Legacys on the lot with different packages, and he took the time to explain what each had or didn't have. There were a couple options the one we selected didn't have, and Doyles installed them at a reasonable cost and in little time prior to us picking up the car. When we did pick up the car, Brent sat and explained to us how to use all the new technology it has. We love the car, and overall Brent and the people at Doyles made buying it there a great experience. Fabulous help with new high-tech features of my new Impala I have had my new Impala LTZ for two weeks and found all the new features are a lot to deal with as I am a senior. He spent a lot of time going over everything and I was amazed that with his help all went very well.
