Very pleased with the car, the dealership, and Len Ciotti Last month we purchased our second Subaru from Doyle Chevrolet/Subaru in Webster. We live in the Webster area and like to patronize local businesses Last month we purchased our second Subaru from Doyle Chevrolet/Subaru in Webster. We live in the Webster area and like to patronize local businesses whenever possible. Four years ago we purchased a Subaru Outback, partly on family recommendations of the reliability and safety rating of Subaru cars. At the time we happened to meet Len Ciotti in the Doyle Subaru showroom. He showed us the Outback and Forester models, thoroughly explaining the differences and the various available options. There was no high pressure from Len. Our purchase experience was a very pleasant one. A few months ago we decided to purchase a 2017 Forester equipped with the many safety features of the Eyesight System. We were pleased with our first purchase from Doyle and with their service of our Outback, so we decided to go back to Doyle for our new car. Again, it was easy to work with Len. There was no high pressure — he explained the options, we took a test drive, and we quickly arrived at a fair price. The car had to be specially ordered and took several weeks to arrive from Japan, during which time Len kept us updated on the status of its delivery. We received the new Forester a few weeks ago. Len and the Doyle staff handled the delivery process very efficiently. Len took considerable time with us, explaining how the features work. We have liked all aspects of the car — its many safety features, styling, ride, audio and navigation systems, and fuel economy. For both Subaru purchases we have been pleased to work with Len Ciotti and the Doyle staff. We would definitely recommend the Doyle dealership. More

There were no hard sell tactics or pressure at any point, and I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Paul, to family and friends! When we picked up our car, Paul took time to explain and show us how to use all the features of the car, from basic operations to all of the available pages on the stereo touchscreen. He did this in such a way that we felt he was sharing knowledge, not just giving rote instruction. His professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated.
