I procrastinated b/c buying a car always seemed like a huge inconvenience and hassle....but now I know it doesn't have to be like that. I felt compelled to write this review because my experience with Doyle Subaru and specifically working with Jeremy Oakley was - by all accounts - enjoyable, straightforward, and very convenient. I am very pleased with my 2016 Forester. Jeremy was determined to sell me my ideal vehicle, even if it wasn't in their stock. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood my time constraints when it came time to get through the paperwork. I look forward to continued business and recommend Doyle Subaru in the highest possible terms. More

I found my experience to be UNexpectedly totally satisfying with Dean ..he was professional, low key and witty...not the 'shark' salesman one dreads. wouldnt change a thing about how the transaction went down. horrible customer service I would never recomend using this dealership. Every time you call and talk to someone you get a different answer. disrespectful and unprofessional I went in on a Saturday (close to closing time) and found a car that I wanted to buy. I didn't have my trade in vehicle at the time, so made an appoin I went in on a Saturday (close to closing time) and found a car that I wanted to buy. I didn't have my trade in vehicle at the time, so made an appointment to come in Monday after work. While driving there I received a call from the salesman who informed me that the car had just been sold. I asked to speak to the manager as I want happy with the way things were handled. The manager explained that he has no control of the sales people and when I made a suggestion on a better way to handle what happened, he literally laughed at me. I am still shocked at the disrespect and lack of professionalism. All ended well, as I proceeded to Piehler Vision and found the perfect car accompanied by a professional staff. More
