When the delivery of the new vehicle was made Jeff introduced us to the service department and made sure we were comfortable for our Oil changes in the future. We were then introduced to the Delivery Manager, Bruce Winner. He thoroughly went through the technology and operation of our new vehicle. The whole process was a pleasant experience. It was listed at a great price, in wonderful condition, and I didn't even need t I absolutely love the 2016 Ford Fiesta I purchased from Doyle Subaru. It was listed at a great price, in wonderful condition, and I didn't even need to make an appointment to see or test drive it. This is the first "new" car I've purchased, and my salesman Len Ciotti was fantastic! He was low pressure and made me feel at ease during the whole process. One of the electronic keys was damaged and he even arranged for a replacement to be made. Shortly after taking my car home, I had an issue with a sensor in the hood. I called to make an appointment to bring it in and the service has continued to be amazing. They provided me with a beautiful 2018 Cruze as a loaner car, and even arranged for my car to go to a Ford dealership since it was a warranty issue. Tim in service has been great and kept me updated every step of the way, making what would typically be a stressful situation extraordinarily easy. Hands down, working with Doyle has been a pleasure! More
