I was fortunate to have Todd help me through the process of purchasing my vehicle. Before I visited the dealership, I called ahead to ask about the Trailblazer listed on the website. It was a hot day, and when I got there, Todd had the vehicle parked outside the dealership entrance, running, with the air conditioning on for me. It was awesome! I test drove the vehicle and he came with me to answer all my questions. Then we went back to the dealership where we discussed my financial situation, and he did everything possible to help me stay within my budget. He was very caring and made it a no-pressure situation for me. He was respectful and truly cared about working with me to do what was in my best interest in purchasing my vehicle.
