Personable & Interested in Customer I went in to Garber on Friday, May 8th at 9:30am on a very tight schedule. After having done quite a bit of research on my own (side-by-side comparis I went in to Garber on Friday, May 8th at 9:30am on a very tight schedule. After having done quite a bit of research on my own (side-by-side comparisons), I was fairly certain I knew which car I was interested in. As I walked in to the dealership I was met by John Koslowski. I was put at ease by his immediate friendly demeanor and approach to learning what I was looking for. I went online using my iPhone and showed him the exact car I was interested in. Within a few minutes, he found the key and we went for the test drive. During the drive, again John took time to take a personal interest in me as the customer as well as balance that with explaining the features of the vehicle. After driving the 2015 Altima SV, I was pretty well sold. Now, we just had to get the numbers right and get going. I explained to John that I had only until about 11:30am and needed to get out of there. We returned to the dealership. I have never had a salesman work so hard to move things along for me and get me on my way. It was a great experience. Willis Lewis was by far the most pleasant auto-finance representative that I think I have ever dealt with (this is the 17th vehicle I've purchased in my life). He had a great sense of humor and took a personal interest in me as a customer, too. All-in-all, the superb service aspect alone would keep me coming back to Garber Saginaw. But, I will say, I am really enjoying the new car too! More
