Cheyyene can probably sell anything. She is both Charismatic and confident. She was able to get my the monthly I wanted on a Hyundai Elantra 2024. My only qualms is the lack of transparency on how down payment is as needed to get done. I felt pressured into giving cash when I was clear that I am paying card(not Cheyyene’s fault. Also, it was hyped up that I am getting the car delivered but as soon as I purchased the car, there was not any available drivers. When I tried to pay the full amount for the down payment Saturday, I was able told they can’t run a card under my name more than once with a limit on how much they can pull. Again, Cheyyene is a great saleswoman and a very hardworking one at that. She would work outside her normal work hours in which i appreciate. Tenacious! The overall process of finding the car i wanted, reaching out and coming to what i considered a good deal was less than 6 days.
