He knows what he's talking about and is true to his word. I have been conned in the past into purchasing extra things on vehicles from other dealerships. They are anything but!!!! I am so thankful I had Craig as my sales Rep because he worked with my wants and requests and provided me with everything that I wanted in a car!!! Craig Laferriere is Awesome! It was not my intent to buy a car. I actually went with my daughter to pick her new car that she purchased from Craig. While I was there I really liked the Nissan Murano. He was low pressure, but spent some time showing it to me and when I left I knew I was going to buy it. When I picked it up he was very thorough and patient as I like to ask several questions. Hew was awesome and I would definitely recommend Craig to anyone.
