Amazing experience! It's like coming home to family! Garber Nissan has by far the most genuine sales team that I've ever experienced during the purchase process of a vehicle. As a single women I walked i Garber Nissan has by far the most genuine sales team that I've ever experienced during the purchase process of a vehicle. As a single women I walked into the dealership four cars ago (3 of which have been Nissan Muranos) and into the caring guidance of Ed Heinze who is now off on medical leave. He took me under his wing and walked me through the process like a dad would for his only daughter buying her first car. When the time came to turn in my lease car I headed straight for Garber where Ed was waiting to help me into another Murano. Not only is their customer service over the top, the quality of vehicles is outstanding. I loved my first and second Muranos and was ready to go for #3 when my personal perfect storm forced me to settle for a Cadillac SRX (beautiful vehicle, but it didn't hold a candle to the traction of my Nissan in the snow). Long story short, as soon as I could turn over my lease, I literally ran back to Garber hoping beyond hope that another Murano would be within my reach. That day I met Craig Lamb. I thought I'd never relate to another "car salesman" like I did with Ed and yet low and behold, I found another angel to take my hand, and make the deal happen! It was this time around that I truly realized what a special place and what a special team represents Garber Nissan. Each and everyone of the team reached out to me like family that day. We laughed, we shared our stories, we hugged and I walked out with the pride and satisfaction that only comes from being a new Nissan owner and an exclusive member of the Garber "family". Looked for a New Car; Found Friends! We had fallen in love with the Juke last October when we were doing preliminary research and liked the initial sales contact. When our 2004 Honda was diagnosed as terminal, we returned to Garber Nissan and asked for Craig Lamb with whom we felt a connection last October. It was like being welcomed by friends instead of a car dealer. Craig listened carefully to our requirements and found the right Juke for us. With the help of Todd McNally, Craig made sure that we drove away in a beautiful, sporty 2016 Juke at just the price we were looking to pay. The whole experience was comfortable and actually fun! We love our Juke and look forward to going back to Garber for service and future car shopping. It was also great to find a former student working as a manager too!
