The service was awesome. First time I stopped in to this service center. After waiting about 5 minutes, I realized that I had forgotten that my son had a school concert and I was in danger of missing it. service center. I mentioned this to Steve and told him that I would certainly understand if he couldn't accommodate me by sending my car in for the battery replacement earlier than planned. Both he and the technician (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond. They pulled the car in right away and finished the job with enough time to get me on my way and I was able to see my son's concert. More
I am very picky about my car. I wash it twice a week, wax it often, clean the inside regularly etc. I only get it serviced at the dealer. I treat it like I want it to last, and look good, forever. When I was hit-and run, and just days later scratched up my rims, I was furious. I went to several shops for estimates. Although Garber Collision was not the lowest, I was not looking for the cheapest place. I was looking for a PERFECT job at the most reasonable price. When I left from getting the estimate, I knew it was going to be Garber working on my car. From my first contact with Stephanie on the phone, to my estimate appointment with John, and my walk aroung the car when it was done with Dave I felt at ease and completely satisfied. My rims looked as good as the day the car was purchased. The body damaged was fixed the same way. It was like nothing had even happened to the car, which is exactly what I wanted. Not only was the job done perfect, but they treated me well and with respect the entire time. I will continue to bring my car to Garber, bring my wife's tf there is an issue, and recommend Garber to anyone who asks, or will listen to, me. More
I am writing to express my feelings about the service that I recently received in the Garber collision shop. I worked with Janet and John Colletta. The service was incredible and the people were friend that I recently received in the Garber collision shop. I worked with Janet and John Colletta. The service was incredible and the people were friendly, accommodating and very concerned about my overall experience and the quality of their work on my vehicle. John stayed late on two evenings when I could not get to the shop before closing due to my job. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about his business. The person who worked on my vehicle, Jeremy, did a top quality job. I can't thank John and the Garber team enough for their excellence in customer service both in the collision shop and Billy's service shop. They have always taken care of me. Janice Tripi More

Well, as always, it was great. I just wanted to especially mention Josh...........he went beyond my expectation to not only point out that my speedometer would not read correctly with the smaller snow tires, he also took the initiative to do the research to tell me what the correction factor would be......that’s caring about the customer!
