Angela was very helpful in making sure my car was ready as quickly as possible, especially since the person who scheduled the service failed to tell me that the car would need to stay overnight, this meant as quickly as possible, especially since the person who scheduled the service failed to tell me that the car would need to stay overnight, this meant I had to make a 60 mile trip two days in a row. Jerked my chain for weeks I had a broken hood latch and a dead battery, expecting to need a replacement latch I went to the dealership. Half a week later I call for an update, I had a broken hood latch and a dead battery, expecting to need a replacement latch I went to the dealership. Half a week later I call for an update, they haven't even ordered the part yet. Three days after that I ask for an update and they say tomorrow, wonderful. It took them 3 "tomorrows" to get my car back. After asking my mechanic back home about the issue, he says it should only take an hour's labor once you get the part. Tl;dr: Told to expect my car in 2 days, got it in 2 weeks. No surprises, no additional repairs, just a lie to my face. More

Refusing to fix their horrible paint job on my van! I bought my Odyssey brand new from Ralph Honda. Three years later, the tailgate was rusting, and Honda had issued an extended warranty for the paint I bought my Odyssey brand new from Ralph Honda. Three years later, the tailgate was rusting, and Honda had issued an extended warranty for the paint because they were aware it was subpar. Garber Honda had my van for SEVERAL WEEKS. A couple of years later, not only is the rust back again, even worse than the first time, but in a completely different area (near the top of the liftgate), the paint is LITERALLY PEELING AND CRUMBLING OFF MY CAR!! I took it back to Garber, where the SAME man, John Coletta, tried to LIE and claim that only the rusted area had been touched up. Imagine his face when I retrieved the original paperwork that HE HIMSELF signed off on, that the entire tailgate HAD, in fact been repainted. I was then referred to a service manager named Tim. After going round and round with HIM, I asked him about Garber Honda's "Mission Statement"--the one that says that their success is measured by creating relationships with customers who want to return to them to do business again. He said he wasn't concerned about losing our business. So I will take my 840 credit score and my business elsewhere. More
