Not impressed. When call back appt for recall, was told parts not there yet....but a total inspection was done. I was greeted within seconds of getting out of my car. The service rep was friendly as she took all my information. In a short while, I received a text stating they had found my problem, showed it to me v The service rep was friendly as she took all my information. In a short while, I received a text stating they had found my problem, showed it to me via video and explained it was covered under warranty. After that, they walked me through some concerns, showed them to me and presented me with options for repair. I couldn't have been any happier with what they did. More
