We would like to clarify that individual dealers do not determine warranty coverage; it is actually determined by the vehicle manufacturer, which in this case is American Honda. As part of our commitment to resolving your concern, we sent photos of your suspension to the manufacturer in an effort to have your shocks covered under warranty. Unfortunately, American Honda made the decision that your shocks are not able to be warranted due to the suspension modifications you made to the vehicle. We understand that this may be disappointing news for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We would like to remind you that our aim is to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and we always strive to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the vehicle manufacturer.
