The 2010 cr-v was in for the rear trailing arm recall. A brace was installed. I was not told that Honda would install this for the recall. There is very minimal rust on the undercarriage of this car. I am not sure why Honda decided to drill 4 holes in the frame and attach this brace if it did not need it. It seems to me this is just going to be another area to collect road salt and rust. The dealer did what Honda told them to do. I talked to the Tech. that did the work and he explained what Honda has decided to do. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time. More
Very courteous customer service. It was easy to schedule my service appointment online. The service took abut the amount of time that I expected while I waited. very poor service, my appointment was at 7:30AM and I had arrived 15 minutes earlier so i can get my car serviced and avoid the rush. Turned out, my car was being looked at around 9AM. Worst part is, my part arrived 15 minutes earlier so i can get my car serviced and avoid the rush. Turned out, my car was being looked at around 9AM. Worst part is, my part was under warranty but it was denied because i was told that i tampered with the part. Even though the dealership still get reimbursed for the part, but I guess they wanted me to pay for it instead. I left. Won't be going there again. More
