Overall great, but the texting system interactions with other systems and with personnel needs work. I received a text about rescheduling my appointment (for being a no-show) when I was on my way to pick other systems and with personnel needs work. I received a text about rescheduling my appointment (for being a no-show) when I was on my way to pick up the car after receiving both an email and text with a video showing me the completed service!. And then after picking up the car and closing out the service at around 11:00am, I received a voice call later that day (around 4:30) saying my car was ready to be picked up (even though I was driving it at the time and had been doing so all afternoon). So there is a systems/personnel synchronization issue or issues somewhere! More

Took my Odyssey in for 2 recalls. They had the car 8 hours. One recall was for sideview mirrors. One was something about the radio (I'm told). When I adjusted the mirrors, I found both of them thumping and not working like they did when I brought the car in. Went back inside and Hannah had me pull the car back into the service bay. A tech came out and looked it over. Everyone agreed the mirrors were not right. Hannah said she's follow up and get back to me. That was Tuesday 8/8 and as of this writing late Friday 8/11 afternoon, I've had no calls or emails from Garber except to fill out a survey. There's more but I'll save it for later.
