It was easy to make the appointment online. Reminders and pre-visit check-in was also easy. I was on time, greeted on time. My oil change was done in about a half hour. I have Honda Care so the oil change was covered. Waiting room was clean & comfortable. Was told it would be about an hour but it actually turned out to be about 45 minutes. Excellent service!
