I will definitely NOT be back at this dealership for service, including even an inspection or oil change. Almost two hours after appointment, I was told it wouldn’t pass inspection unless they put a new service, including even an inspection or oil change. Almost two hours after appointment, I was told it wouldn’t pass inspection unless they put a new wiper on it for $115. Seriously?! No after market wipers? That’s the only issue and no other option. No, thank you. I can easily change a wiper and find much more affordable options. I told them I needed wipers when making the appointment. That would have been the time to let me know they only had one option and the cost. Bad business and customer service. Planned on purchasing other items from them for another vehicle. I am leaving here, will take care of the wiper myself, get the inspection, and will never come back here. More

As always, the "lone female" in your service area won my heart over once again. She is always so helpful, professional and knowledgeable! I've been bringing the same car in since 2007 (and it's now 2023!) heart over once again. She is always so helpful, professional and knowledgeable!
