Decent overall experience. The repair work was done in two weeks reasonable and the results look great. I did not receive a multipoint inspection following my pick-up from repair- only the bill and the breakdown of the costs. I’m not sure if it applied On the day it was ready for pick up, i received a voicemail about this but I was out of town. I tried calling back but ended up leaving a message that I would be away for a few days. Later, my insurance agent contacted me to let me know Honda tried reaching out but heard nothing from me. I informed them what happened and called again to ensure the repair shop was notified. I was frustrated on the day of pick up; the store opens at 7am, I arrived at 7:44am and the front door was locked. I walked around the to service area on the other side of the building to then see someone else walk in the main door without a problem. Not sure if someone saw me in the previous moment and later unlocked it or if no one was available. Once I got inside it was a quick payment and return of my key. More
