Completely awful experience. Made a deal for a new Pilot. They sold the car out from under me the day before pickup. Then proceeded to drag me out 2 months and never got me a car. Face to face discussion with the sales manager after 2 months who promised to follow up the next day and proceeded to not even call me back. Bought a Honda for a lower price elsewhere. Will never go back here and recommend others shop a more reputable dealership. More
