I bought a used car from this dealership which I soon discovered did not have working heating or cooling. I brought it in to the service center for repair, was told it was fixed, and drove it home. I brought it back and was informed it has a major problem which needs addressing by a Chevrolet store and that they will need to keep the car for two days. I was told they do not have any loaner cars available. So, I will be without a car for 2 days less than a month after buying a certified used car from Garber Honda due to a pre-existing issue I was not informed of. Requests for the dealership to send over the paperwork for the purchase were received and ignored. Joe, who I purchased the car from, told me I was stuck with the car and forwarded me to the sales manager's voicemail. I did not do as much research as I should have. Do not make the same mistake; I strongly discourage buying from this dealership or using this service center. More

Pete worked with his management to react to competitive bids. At the end of the day, he could only go so far. By the way, it was Honda vs. Chevy (U.S. firm vs Japanese). American owned firm vs foreign was one of the factors. Pete could do nothing about that. More
