Everyone is so nice and they go above and beyond. I was hating my car because of a weird smell. They found out what it was without me even telling them and fixed it (ac unit). So happy. Overall great, but the texting system interactions with other systems and with personnel needs work. I received a text about rescheduling my appointment (for being a no-show) when I was on my way to pick other systems and with personnel needs work. I received a text about rescheduling my appointment (for being a no-show) when I was on my way to pick up the car after receiving both an email and text with a video showing me the completed service!. And then after picking up the car and closing out the service at around 11:00am, I received a voice call later that day (around 4:30) saying my car was ready to be picked up (even though I was driving it at the time and had been doing so all afternoon). So there is a systems/personnel synchronization issue or issues somewhere! More
