Damaged 3 of my wheels when mounting new tires. Large dents & heavy scratching around the whole rim. I'd think it would be blatantly obvious something was wrong after the first. However, the dealership quickly owned up to it and had all wheels professionally repaired. In the end, the wheels looked brand new, and they didn't charge for the mounting/balancing as a courtesy. 5 stars for the way they handled the situation, but -2 because this shouldn't have happened in the first place and definitely shouldn't have happened to multiple wheels. More
