No fault of the Garber Henrietta NY service department that Honda has parts on "back order" and took 7 weeks to get a swing arm shipped to them!(very common part that should be ordered in bulk as road pot that Honda has parts on "back order" and took 7 weeks to get a swing arm shipped to them!(very common part that should be ordered in bulk as road potholes in N East are very damaging to the part and ball joints as well) Wayne S made all the issues with fast service and care when the part arrived. Fantastic experience was building my pilot online and they forwarded me to the dealership. I pretty much did whole transaction through online and phone as I had already test drove the pilot and knew what they forwarded me to the dealership.
