I came for my car oil change and tyre rotation at 1020. I requested the person at the desk that i also need to put new number plates. I waited for more than an hour then i went back to reception desk to se I requested the person at the desk that i also need to put new number plates. I waited for more than an hour then i went back to reception desk to see why its taking so long. The person who served me was not at the desk so i asked the other young girl if she could help me. But her reply was that you have to wait for the personwho serve you. She did not try to help me by explaining why the person is not on her desk and give me no explanation. So i went back to waiting room and luckily i saw that my car is outside in the parking area. So i went back again to reception area to see whats happening. By that time the lady was at her desk and serving another client She also saw me and said i cannot serve two clients at the same time. So i kept on waiting. When it was my turn she gave me bill and it included tire rotation charges as well. I told her that i bought the tires from here and last time i was here the person at the reception told me that you dont have to pay for tire rotation as it is included with tire purchase. She replied in not so friendly tone that its not true and company does charge for the rotation of tired even if its purchased here. So i paid the bill got the keys and went to my car. To my surprise new number plates were not installed So i went again to the reception area. Upon seening me she said now what. I told her they forgot to put new number plates. Then she is going to xxxx and blamed the technician for that.Then i went out and the technician told me that she did not mention anything about changing number plates. He did his work and i went home There are certain things which i want to mention If the person who served me is at break then the person at other desk should be able to help the client and I don’t have to wait for that long I also understand that she might be having a bad day or she might get annoyed by me coming to desk asking for her. But i was already waited too long. I have coming for service for quite some time and have never treated like that. Usually she is nice lady. I have never said anything bad before this time but i am doing it so that the next person is mot treated like me and you make some improvements in customer care. Thankd More
