I was on the garberhonda.com website looking at a Pre-Owned Honda Civic around Christmas time 2012. I sent in a request for more info on the vehicle and received a quick response from Roxi. I had noticed that the vehicle I was interested in wasn't on the website anymore and realized it must have been sold so I didnt respond back and continued to shop around. On January 11th I received an email from Roxi inquiring as too whether I was still interested in a Civic and that they had more in stock. I responded this time and shared with her that I was struggling with saying good-bye too my 2000 Accord because it never let me down, never ever left me stranded and it has been such an awesome vehicle. I shared with her a couple vehicles I was looking at and she took the time to share with me info on the vehicles. Then she shared with me that she was leaving sales and going across the street to service on Monday. She then introduced me to the new salesperson (Dylan) and made sure he would be able to contact me. This blew my mind!!!! She took the time to help me even though she was leaving sales. We had an un-planned need for a new car and were referred to Harvey by a friend at work as a great person to work with in finding a new vehicle. It was refreshing to see sales associates work together as a team for the benefit of the customer. Harvey was busy with another customer when we arrived and asked if we could work with Mike so we would not need to wait. It was a pleasure working with Rick in finalizing the deal and Eric on the final financial paperwork. We had purchased a Honda minivan from a different dealership in the past who gave good service but this time around did not seem interested in our return business.
