This dealership concentrates on a few simple, basic rules and stands behind each of them. They combine pricing, quality service, and direct honesty, together, to produce a product that is more than just a vehicle. Because they have bought into the idea that first rate customer service must contain each of these individual qualities and that they must be adhered to in every sense of the word in order to give credibility to the philosophy that drives their business, the customer can be assured of a consistent level of high performance that builds trusted relationships. The formula is simple in nature, easy to talk about in theory, but very difficult to obtain in actuality because of the ethical conviction required. A dealership must be focused on the overall product they offer, not just the signature scribbled on the dotted line, to accomplish the lofty goals of a seemingly simple task such as this, and as most shoppers already know, there are abundant examples out there of those that cannot. My experience and dealings with GARBER HONDA led me to a purchase in one day and I am already "buying" into their way of doing business. Whether it's looking for a new car, or simply stopping by for service, the staff is always very attentive and friendly and responsive to my needs. Gary Wurth is an A+ salesman. He makes the leasing experience easy and efficient. I ALWAYS get the best deal from Garber. This time I met two other sales staff personnel, Annie and Elizabeth, who seemed excited about my choice of model selection, and spent time with me detailing the features of the 2013 Accord. This is the third Honda we have bought through Geoff McKeown. Geoff knows his products thoroughly and takes his time with the customer. We had an un-planned need for a new car and were referred to Harvey by a friend at work as a great person to work with in finding a new vehicle. The visit to Garber was well worth our time and we enjoyed wo to Harvey by a friend at work as a great person to work with in finding a new vehicle. The visit to Garber was well worth our time and we enjoyed working with each member of the sales team. It was refreshing to see sales associates work together as a team for the benefit of the customer. Harvey was busy with another customer when we arrived and asked if we could work with Mike so we would not need to wait. It was a pleasure working with Rick in finalizing the deal and Eric on the final financial paperwork. We had purchased a Honda minivan from a different dealership in the past who gave good service but this time around did not seem interested in our return business. We are so happy we were referred to Garber. We believe we received an excellent deal on our new Civic and would highly recommend Garber to our friends. More

Recently I came in to see what kind of deal Garber would offer me on my 'slightly damaged' 2008 Accord. Harvey Assael was very helpful and accommondating in all aspects of of the deal/sales process. After a week of owning my new car, American Honda called me for a 'brief' survey on my experience. It seems that the caller misunderstood (or heard what he wanted to hear) the answer to the question about the salespersons knowledge of the model of Honda that I purchased. Although Harvey has been with this dealership since before Garber took it over, it was stated that the salesperson was 'new'. The correct reply to the question was that the car model was new (2013 Honda Accord Coupe), and that the staff at Garber as a whole were all STILL slightly unfamiliar with all the features. This was true for ALL the staff I had interacted with, not just Harvey, and that included members of the Service Department as well. Considering that the Accord Coupe is not a 'big' seller in our area, I can state that each and everyone at the dealership I spoke with was honest and upfront.....that the Coupe was basically redesigned and many 'new' features were added (some that were optional on prior models were now standard) and that as of yet, they as a whole, were still not totally familiar with everything the car had to offer me. This in no way had any negative bearing on my decision to purchase this vehicle. Having been a customer since 2004, and being familiar with a number of the staff, I can say that everyone that I have dealt with, from the time it was known as John Holtz Honda until the transition to Garber Honda, has been very professional, very helpful, and in most cases very knowledgeable. In the case of Harvey Assael, he was an exceptionally helpful salesperson from the start of my purchase through the end. If anything needs to be reassessed, in my opinion it has to be the person that did the survey, not the members of Garber Honda. More
