What can I say about the Garber Buying Experience? My Sales Associate was Elizabeth Bochino. Elizabeth was on time for our appointment and and dressed appropriately. Elizabeth listened to my needs and told me of the different options for the Honda vehicles that fit my needs. After deciding that a Honda Civic made the most sense for me...she did a hands on demonstration of the car's new upgrades and changes Honda recently made to the 2013 Civic. Her attention to detail and her vast knowledge of the vehicle demonstrated to me she knew her business. I was very impressed. Elizabeth then guided me through another hands on look of the car's internal upgrades, this time allowing me to actually activate/deactivate and adjust a lot of the upgrades she just went through. That was the deciding factor. My choice... lease a Honda Civic. Elizabeth made the buying experience very enjoyable and from now on I won't make a move to buy another Civic until talking with her. She's the best. On my say so... Buy or lease a Garber vehicle and have Elizabeth as your guide to getting the proper Honda vehicle for your needs. You'll thank me later. ps. The financial experience was an equally pleasant experience. Not a lot of going back and forth to the "Manager" for the OK to get a deal done negotiating. Elizabeth took her time, gathered the necessary information she needed and after two trips to the office... it was a done deal. I pick the car up today at 1 PM. A one day turn around. It doesn't get any better than that. Once again... I truly enjoyed my buying experience at Garber. My wife will be making a similar purchase in less than 6 months. I'll look forward to sending her to Elizabeth for her new 2013 Honda Civic as well. More
Geoff was our salesperson for our first Honda Pilot back in 2006. We returned to see him again this month simply because of the excellent customer service and excellent product. Geoff and Eric are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and they wanted to make our experience pleasing and stress-free. It was a smooth process--from the time we walked onto the lot and were greeted by Geoff, to the time he helped us set up all our features on the vehicle before we drove our new Pilot off the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return again in the future. More

I stopped at Garber a few weeks ago looking for a new car. It was terrible. The sales man seemed robotic and pushy. They seemed very sketchy about the price. We followed Rick Damico from his last job, because he made us feel listened to and understood. We know we were taken care of by Rick, it was his past employer that was lacking substance. Once we found Rick at Garber we jumped at the chance to buy a new car from him. Once at the show room we met Mike Levine who was great and he too made us feel as if we were the ONLY people in the showroom. He made sure ALL questions were FULLY and completely answered. Along with Mike, Rick helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We also had the chance to meet Kevin Parker, who is very personable. Which gives us an all around great feeling. I was on the garberhonda.com website looking at a Pre-Owned Honda Civic around Christmas time 2012. I sent in a request for more info on the vehicle and received a quick response from Roxi. I had noticed that the vehicle I was interested in wasn't on the website anymore and realized it must have been sold so I didnt respond back and continued to shop around. On January 11th I received an email from Roxi inquiring as too whether I was still interested in a Civic and that they had more in stock. I responded this time and shared with her that I was struggling with saying good-bye too my 2000 Accord because it never let me down, never ever left me stranded and it has been such an awesome vehicle. I shared with her a couple vehicles I was looking at and she took the time to share with me info on the vehicles. Then she shared with me that she was leaving sales and going across the street to service on Monday. She then introduced me to the new salesperson (Dylan) and made sure he would be able to contact me. This blew my mind!!!! She took the time to help me even though she was leaving sales. Let me type that again.... She took the time to help me even though she was leaving sales. She even went the extra mile to ensure I would be taken care of in the future.
