We were looking to only test drive a used Honda Pilot since we had several months on our lease but knew that we were looking for a larger SUV. We were very impressed by Dan's knowledge and professionalism, and his overall concern for our needs even though we had not originally intended to purchase. We then spoke with Garth Anderson (Finance Manager) to look at some numbers and what other options we had. Garth took us through the process and was able to get unbelievable terms for us! We ended up turning our lease early (and paying out the extra months) since it was such a great deal. Dan and Garth made the decision easy and it was really not even an after thought. The professionalism that both displayed in walking us through the process have left us very impressed with Garber. We will most certainly referral anyone that is looking for a new or used car to Dan and Garth at Garber. More

Emotionally and financially, we weren't sure this was the right decision. Working with Elizabeth Bochno helped convince us that we were making the right choice for many reasons. She was incredibly friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She worked around our crazy schedules and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She helped make this purchase possible on many levels and we are grateful for that. Thank you! More

The service was incredible and the people were friend that I recently received in the Garber collision shop. I worked with Janet and John Colletta. The service was incredible and the people were friendly, accommodating and very concerned about my overall experience and the quality of their work on my vehicle. John stayed late on two evenings when I could not get to the shop before closing due to my job. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about his business. The person who worked on my vehicle, Jeremy, did a top quality job. Matt and Brandon were responsive - not pushy. Garber is more than 60 miles from me and I did not want to make the trip unless I had some assurance that I could get a deal that would work for me. I came into the dealership with major doubts about financing. Matt Tyler had already been working hard with my husband and that made me a bit more doubtful. As you can see their ratings are horrible lately and my story is no different. I had an appointment with a competitor and they called me and asked for a chance to get my business. I canceled my appointment to see what they would come up with. Roy said he could build the same deal and in many cases beat anything West Herr could do... So I waited and waited but never heard anything. I called no response but then Andy sent me an email wondering about my experience. I noticed he was the manager and immediately responded but again I waited and Andy never responded. I realized it wasn't a note from Andy but just some BS automated response and they don't really care about their customers at all. Save your money there are much better dealers that actually will take care of you. If this is how they handle a potential customer imagine how they handle any problem you might have down the road. More

KELLI WAS VERY GRACIOUS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND HER GENTLE PERSISTENCE AND MORE CONCERN ABOUT ME AS MAKING CONNECTION WITH KELLI BY EMAIL. KELLI WAS VERY GRACIOUS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND HER GENTLE PERSISTENCE AND MORE CONCERN ABOUT ME AS A PERSON AND NOT JUST A STATISTIC OF ANY KIND REALLY BLESSED ME. KELLI COMMUNICATED WITH ME THROUGH EMAIL WITH AN UNDERSTANDING AND RECOGNITION OF MY THOUGHTS...IN ESSENCE KELLI LISTENED. SHE HEARD MY THOUGHT PROCESS AND USE GOOD, CLEAR TERMINOLOGY TO ASSIST ME FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE. I ACTUALLY LOOKED FORWARD TO MEETING HER AND SEEING MY NEW VEHICLE WITHOUT ANXIETY. ALONG WITH SPEAKING WITH KELLI BY PHONE AND EMAIL, I ALSO RECEIVED EMAIL FROM ERIC AND ANDY. BOTH WERE FRIENDLY AND THERE WAS NO HINT OF COERSION. ERIC COMMUNICATED TO ME IN A MANNER THAT ALLOWED ME TO BE IN CHARGE OF MY OWN CHOICES AND DECISIONS EVEN IF NOT THE BEST. IN THE PROCESS, HE, ERIC LOOKED OUT FOR MY BEST AND I ACTUALLY FELT PROTECTED FROM A FAMILY PERSPECTIVE. WHEN I ARRIVE FROM WATERTOWN, NEW YORK ABOUT A TWO HOUR AND ALMOST 45 MINUTE JOURNEY I WAS WELCOMED AS FAMILY. MY PAPERS WERE IN ORDER. I WAS GIVEN TIME TO COMMUNICATE, MEET OTHER GARBER PERSONNEL AND UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE. I DID NOT LEAVE CONFUSED OR UNSETTLED. I HUGGED KELLIE TWICE AS PURCHASING MY VEHICLE WAS A FAMILY AFFAIR...I FELT CONNECTED. AND MY DRIVE HOME WAS VERY PEACEFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARBER HONDA TO THOSE LOOKING FOR A GOOD VEHICLE, AND A GREAT DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE FROM. THANK YOU! More
