Matt and Brandon were responsive - not pushy. Garber is more than 60 miles from me and I did not want to make the trip unless I had some assurance that I could get a deal that would work for me. I came into the dealership with major doubts about financing. Matt Tyler had already been working hard with my husband and that made me a bit more doubtful. WHEN I ARRIVE FROM WATERTOWN, NEW YORK ABOUT A TWO HOUR AND ALMOST 45 MINUTE JOURNEY I WAS WELCOMED AS FAMILY. MY PAPERS WERE IN ORDER. I WAS GIVEN TIME TO COMMUNICATE, MEET OTHER GARBER PERSONNEL AND UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE. I DID NOT LEAVE CONFUSED OR UNSETTLED. As you can see their ratings are horrible lately and my story is no different. I had an appointment with a competitor and they called me and asked for a chance to get my business. I canceled my appointment to see what they would come up with. Roy said he could build the same deal and in many cases beat anything West Herr could do... So I waited and waited but never heard anything. I called no response but then Andy sent me an email wondering about my experience. I noticed he was the manager and immediately responded but again I waited and Andy never responded. I realized it wasn't a note from Andy but just some BS automated response and they don't really care about their customers at all. Save your money there are much better dealers that actually will take care of you. If this is how they handle a potential customer imagine how they handle any problem you might have down the road. The most things that I like about this dealership because for one salesperson was recommended to me that I should talk to him. Even before I purchase or make any deal, he spent with me over 3 hours helping me of his time and show me every in and out of the vehicle (Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation). Also, from my experience I have not had this attention from any other salesman Honda or other company. I do not feel this would have happened with any other dealer. I will describe the salesman as experienced, culpable, knowledgeable, cordial, and would highest and best behavior. Also, so patient and open to details. That is the main reason I got encouraged to pursue the deal and purchase the vehicle from him. Two days after delivery, I called back the salesperson for more training and questions - he was welcoming me back for more help. Actually, he spent that day, he spent three more hours to help me with my questions. After that, he kept asking if I had more questions, and said all I has to do was call and come back. Therefor, I will highly recommend him. Also, I would think that kind of salesperson should be recognized by the company and I would think with his business professionalism, he should be promoted to Sales Manager because he is more than culpable enough for that position. I think he will be an invaluable asset to the company. More

I took a test drive in one Honda Civic, and Rose was very helpful and understanding of my needs and wants. There was no negotiating on the price, which was unfortunate, but I still bought the car. I bought an extended warranty as well. I felt the dealership was very understanding of my work schedule and the back and forth communication that was required. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and both Garth and Rose were very personable with me which made the entire experience very enjoyable. I felt very comfortable in the atmosphere of a car dealership directly due to talking with them about more than just cars. I would reccomend friends, family and anyone to visit even if they are just browsing. More
