Upon entry it was a good experience it was a nice friendly greeting. Receptionist got me a salesman and everything was going ok until it got to price. I am very picky about my car. I wash it twice a week, wax it often, clean the inside regularly etc. I only get it serviced at the dealer. I treat it like I want it to last, and look good, forever. When I was hit-and run, and just days later scratched up my rims, I was furious. I went to several shops for estimates. Although Garber Collision was not the lowest, I was not looking for the cheapest place. I was looking for a PERFECT job at the most reasonable price. When I left from getting the estimate, I knew it was going to be Garber working on my car. From my first contact with Stephanie on the phone, to my estimate appointment with John, and my walk aroung the car when it was done with Dave I felt at ease and completely satisfied. My rims looked as good as the day the car was purchased. The body damaged was fixed the same way. It was like nothing had even happened to the car, which is exactly what I wanted. Not only was the job done perfect, but they treated me well and with respect the entire time. I will continue to bring my car to Garber, bring my wife's tf there is an issue, and recommend Garber to anyone who asks, or will listen to, me. More

Adam Bolt did an outstanding job. I visited over 25 dealerships and test drove at least one car at all but three of the locations. Adam was easily my favorite salesman due to his genuineness, transpare dealerships and test drove at least one car at all but three of the locations. Adam was easily my favorite salesman due to his genuineness, transparency, and especially his personability. I enjoyed communicating with him very much and appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. He was the last salesman I visited (May 30 2013) and I bought the car in part because I really liked the car and in part because I thought he deserved my business. Despite the fact the deal I was getting not being quite as good as I had on a different car, I did like this car more, but my interaction with him made me feel more comfortable and was what tipped the scales in Garber's favor. He is a younger guy, but he clearly has the potential to be very successful in this field going forward. Given my experience at other dealerships, I can guarantee he would be excellent at positions higher up the ladder even currently despite whatever lack of experience he may possess. More
I was treated pretty poorly by Gary Wurth. I was in the market for a 2013 Honda Odyssey. I e-mailed 4 different dealers in Rochester asking for an initial price offer. The others all gave me offers which were below "invoice," but Gary claimed that he could only offer me a price below "invoice" if I made a trip to the dealership and negotiated in person. He then lectured me by saying "Anonymous e-mails are not the proper venue to save money on a large ticket purchase." Thanks, Gary! First of all, my e-mails were not anonymous. Second, thanks for the pro tip! I will not consider Garber for any future business. More
We had looked at cars on Sunday. The next day we went back and test drove it. Dan, our salesperson was great! not pushy at all. He got us the deal that we wanted and felt comfortable with. We were looking to only test drive a used Honda Pilot since we had several months on our lease but knew that we were looking for a larger SUV. We were very impressed by Dan's knowledge and professionalism, and his overall concern for our needs even though we had not originally intended to purchase. We then spoke with Garth Anderson (Finance Manager) to look at some numbers and what other options we had. Garth took us through the process and was able to get unbelievable terms for us! We ended up turning our lease early (and paying out the extra months) since it was such a great deal. Dan and Garth made the decision easy and it was really not even an after thought. The professionalism that both displayed in walking us through the process have left us very impressed with Garber. We will most certainly referral anyone that is looking for a new or used car to Dan and Garth at Garber. More

Emotionally and financially, we weren't sure this was the right decision. Working with Elizabeth Bochno helped convince us that we were making the right choice for many reasons. She was incredibly friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She worked around our crazy schedules and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She helped make this purchase possible on many levels and we are grateful for that. Thank you! More

The service was incredible and the people were friendly, accommodating and very concerned about my overall experience and the quality of their work on my vehicle. John stayed late on two evenings when I could not get to the shop before closing due to my job. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about his business. The person who worked on my vehicle, Jeremy, did a top quality job.
