After months of research and looking via online resources for a used vehicle to replace my 13yr old car...looking for the "one" that will be as good and last as long, I finally decided to test drive a couple for a used vehicle to replace my 13yr old car...looking for the "one" that will be as good and last as long, I finally decided to test drive a couple. My visit to Garber Used Car Center- Honda... was making me anxious-- due to the fact that I was sure I wouldn't find or be able to tell if I would find MY car...and also afraid if I did find one, I wouldn't be able to afford it! So with butterflies in my stomach and all I looked and found my first choice... a 2008 Kia Rondo V6.... one I had been looking for for months to try. I was sure also that I would get a sales consultant that would try to push me into something that I would love, but could not afford... But out comes this friendly looking young man, and introduces himself as Jeremy Betrus. He was very informative and his relaxed friendliness put me at ease. He offered me a test drive, with or without him...and for as long as I liked (as long as I returned before closing). I took it out without him....and after going a ways and stopping in a parking lot to test out all the bells and whistles....I returned and Jeremy made the purchase a breeze. I had mentioned a sound I heard driving the Kia and he offered to drive it and identify the problem and have it fixed...which we did and when I picked it up...a couple of hours later, the noise wasn't there. He also just didn't sell the car and run, he offered his assistance with any future questions and/or problems I might have about my "new" car. Thank you Jeremy and Garber for a relaxed and painless purchasing experience...I will recommend you to everyone! oh, my rating on price wasn't at "great" ----because only "free" would have been Great!
