I went to Garber to re-finance my vehicle. The salespeople I dealt with were so knowledgeable and friendly, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle with an awesome interest rate. My experience with this dealership and with David Lamb did not follow the "usual" course for buying a used car. Because of a typo of one letter on the title from Honda of America, I was not able to pick u did not follow the "usual" course for buying a used car. Because of a typo of one letter on the title from Honda of America, I was not able to pick up my Honda Pilot for almost 10 weeks. As I had already sold my old car, this dealership and David stepped up to the plate to honor our contract. They provided me with a loaner car from their lot and, then when I moved out of state during this time frame, actually rented another vehicle for me to use. When the title had (finally!) been corrected, David drove 9 hours to my new home to deliver my vehicle and pick up the rental car. This was truly above and beyond anything that I would have expected when buying a used vehicle. Yes, I did have to wait a long time to get the car that I had wanted/purchased, but it was definitely worth the wait and they provided outstanding customer service!! More

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until the next day when I picked up my certified Honda Civic. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, no waiting. David listed carefully to what I wanted in my next car. He did not try to steer my choice. We test drove two cars. Again David listened and was very easy to talk with and share car experiences. I was also introduced to Garth who would help me the next day going through all the financials. When I arrived the next day, again no waiting everything was ready so we were able to complete the process within 45 minutes. Very friendly, all sales staff. Give this group of sales gentlemen a RAISE!!!! They are quality!!! This was exactly the kind of experience I hoped for from a Honda dealer. I have driven Hondas since 1982...I have never been disappointed. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. More
I called Garber Honda because i noticed a car i was interested in and i was able to talk to Dan Moreno. Since i am located about 150 miles away i was basically going on his word that the car was in goo interested in and i was able to talk to Dan Moreno. Since i am located about 150 miles away i was basically going on his word that the car was in good shape. We were able to do a trade with my car and get the new car and coordinate a co sign with my father in new york within a week. All went well and when i picked up the car i loved it and i am glad i was able to work with Dan. The specific car i wanted was worth waiting for and i was pleased with the total transaction. I was happy that even though it was a long distance transaction everything went very smoothly and i have no complaints. More
I came to Garber Honda a little over a month ago (Sept 2013) to get a front license plate bracket on my, then, current vehicle. The exceptional service I received in the service department brought me back the beginning of this last week when I was looking for an upgrade from my current Honda. That's where Gary Wurth came in. I called and inquired about trade-ins and was greeted on the phone with a happy voice and a how may I help you and Gary was assigned as my sales representative. I was told that he'd contact me once he was in. Just an hour later, not 10 minutes after his shift started, I received an email with all the info that I had asked about. So next we schedule an appraisal for my trade-in, and scheduled for a Thursday. On the day before, I suddenly had my schedule open up around noon and decided to give Gary a call and email asking if there was any way I could reschedule to right then. Gary immediately called me back, while he was on lunch and offered to come right away, but I waited about 30 minutes since he had been so helpful. I had my car appraised by Jason Sgarzi while Gary took me test driving numerous cars. I went through with an overnight test drive. The following morning, I gave Gary an email stating that I wanted to go forth with the purchase and he, Jason, and Garth Anderson had all of the paperwork ready by the time I left my job for the day. At that point it became "sign and drive". In summary, from the beginning, to price points, to final paperwork, all three gentleman were great to work with in comparison to other dealerships nearby that I had dealt with prior. We arrived at the dealership at 5:15 pm and left with our new leased vehicle by 8:15 pm. The process included a buyout of an exisitng lease, test drive of a new vehicle, negotiation of the lease particulars, new leased vehicle by 8:15 pm. As was the case in previous dealings with Geoff, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, professionally fielded all of our questions, and made the process very comfortable for us. We are very pleased with our new CR-V and are very impressed with the entire staff at Garber Honda who were able to complete this process in just three hours! More
WOW....I expected to have the same type of experience I have always had when ti comes to dealing with purchasing a new car but Garber Honda is completely different. From the minute I walked in the door, Elizabeth took amazing care of me. Every single person I crossed paths with at the dealership had a smile and a kind hello. It must be an amazing company to work for as everyone was happy. As for the purchase...very easy, no hassle, great price everything was so easy that I kept expecting some sort of hassle but never did experience one. Other car dealers could really learn from the folks at Garber. They really know how to treat their customers with respect. An amazing group of people and when you visit them, ask for Elizabeth...she is one of a kind!!. More
My wife and I desperately needed a second car but had a very tight budget. After months of research, we decided to test drive a few cars and speak to the representatives of each company to see what they co very tight budget. We started at Garber Honda and after test driving the 2014 Accord EX-L and the 2013 Civic EX-L, we decided that the Accord was what we wanted. Thomas worked very hard, spending several hours with my wife and I trying to convince us that Garber could make our budget work. Being the kind of person who likes to do his research and try all options before making a decision, I was very firm on leaving that day without purchasing a vehicle so that I could explore my other options in-person (even though after a month of online research led me to believe that the Accord was the vehicle I was most likely to purchase...especially after driving it as well). I am simply of the mentality that "you never know." Therefore, I was adament about checking out other dealers before making my decision. That said, I let Thomas work his magic (coming back with deal after deal on several different cars and options) for hours before he finally said, "what do we have to do to make you drive that car home today?" I signed a piece of paper saying that there was no way he could make me do that. At that point, I thought I had won the battle (despite several enticing offers)...I'm just not the type to make a purchase on the first round. Thomas introduced my wife and I to a manager and asked us one more time if he could pull a miracle, would we take the offer...and he gave us a ridiculous offer. He warned us that it was likely that the offer would be declined by the site manager but figured it couldn't hurt to find out exactly what would change our minds and shoot for it. I thought for a while and realized that with all of the background information that I brought with me, I could not get a better deal anywhere else. But there was still the part of me that wanted to see if maybe I would like driving another car better. But I realized that the Accord was near perfect all-around and that I loved the car. So finally it had seemed that Thomas had one-upped me. I signed the paper saying if he could pull that ridiculous deal, I would take it. I was confident that he couldn't since it was so much lower than what we started with. After speaking with the head site manager, he congratulated us and let us know that the car was ours. I have to say that Thomas and his team at Garber are excellent sales reps with great customer service. They work very hard to get you what you want so that they can get what they want (a sale). They all agreed that I was one of the most difficult people (they probably meant the most stubborn jerk, haha) that they had ever dealt with. Surprisingly, I asked a lot of questions that they had never gotten before too. But in the end, they proved that they are customer oriented and are willing to work with your needs to make the sale. So congratulations to the Garber Honda team for the excellent service and ability to make a challenging sale. When I signed the paper I wrote "only because Thomas was awesome," and I meant it. Highly recommended! More
