This was our fifth lease with this dealership and the second time we had Elizabeth Bochno as our salesperson. We had an awesome experience dealing with Elizabeth for our last lease. So, we were thrilled second time we had Elizabeth Bochno as our salesperson. We had an awesome experience dealing with Elizabeth for our last lease. So, we were thrilled when she recently called to offer us her expertise once again at the end of our lease. Believe it or not, we have never had the same salesperson twice in all our years of purchasing vehicles. Nor, have we ever had a more smooth buying process. Elizabeth is by far the friendliest, most knowledgable and professional salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you want a fair, honest and straightforward experience then Elizabeth should be your first choice and Garber is where it happens . Everyone at this dealership is friendly and pleasant. This morning when i went to get in my van the battery was dead,. I accidentally left my lights on the night before . I always use the auto positioning, but the day before there was a snow storm and i had to dead,. I accidentally left my lights on the night before . I had a very important appointment at the hospital in about an hour that i had to get to. I tried jumping it myself and my neighbors also tried with no success. I called service and specifically asked for Debbie because previously she was much help. Sure enough she said "I will see what i can do". In about 15 minutes a car pulled in the driveway and a man got out with a charger jumped it and i was able to start my car. I feel that Debbie has repeatedly helped me on more than one occasion. She is an excellent service person. Other service people have tried to help but have fallen short. Just thought you should know this. I was for the second time in Garber, in just about a month, however, this time to help a friend buy a car. Based on the awesome service I received from Jason and Dan when I bought my Camry, there was no other place I could imagine starting with for purchasing a reliable used car. I am categorically thankful to Jason to find us exactly the car we wanted, along with multiple options to choose from; even though we had a very limited student's budget. The 2007 Civic was made available within few minutes of deciding the car. The car came with new tires and excellent car-facts. Jason and Dan have been a strong motivation behind my multiple visits to Garber. My friend was more than happy with the deal, and that compels me to add another strong review to Garber's collections. My experience of buying cars from Garber has been more simpler than my weekly groceries. Thanks again to the very valued team at Garber. More

I've only gone car shopping one other time in the past, and it was lengthy and drawn out. Dan was able to help my wife and I find the vehicle we wanted within the first day! We had seen only one other car before the one we have ended up purchasing. He was extremely friendly from the get go and answered all my questions without confusing me. He understood what we were looking for and what our budget was and did not show us anything out of our range. He was very relatable and knowledgeable about the cars he was showing us. In the future, I can find myself buying from this dealership again. More
For months we had been looking for a Certified, Black, 2011 or newer, EXL Odyssey with less than 40,000 miles. After running out of time (Baby due in Feb) I started calling dealerships to see how they ge 2011 or newer, EXL Odyssey with less than 40,000 miles. After running out of time (Baby due in Feb) I started calling dealerships to see how they get their inventory of used cars. Dick Ide, Ralph and Ontario all told me the same story "They are trade ins or turn ins. I will take your info and let ya know if what you want comes in". I asked them all if they could pull something in and they all said that they could not. Discouraged, I called Garber and spoke with Charlie Fioravanti. While asking the same question, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the answer I wanted. Charlie said that his manager Jason Sgarzi would be able to pull in the vehicle we wanted, so we made plans to meet with Jason. We left Jason with the list of specifics we wanted in the Odyssey and an aggressive target price. A few days later we heard that Jason didn't only bring in one but TWO Odyssey's and we had first pick!! At the end of the day we felt like we were working with friends. The car was in great condition and we even bought the Zeibart. My wife and I have already told a dozen people about our GREAT experience with Jason and his team. Give them a ring next time you are looking for a car, you will be as pleasantly surprised as we were!! More
