I had found the used Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted online prior stopping into the dealership. Immediately after walking in the door, Rose was right there to assist me in every way, ensuring every question wa prior stopping into the dealership. The test drive went very smoothly and again seemed to know a great deal about the vehicle and answered my many questions I had. After the test drive, as I was pondering my options, she was very personable and talked freely without pressuring me into the sale like most car sales associates would. After her and another coworker worked (Edgar Colon) worked together with management to get the vehicle lowered to a more applealing price, considering I told her I was paying in full, the sale went very smoothly. I unfortunately I didn't have all the funds at that time and she assisted me in putting a deposit down on the vehicle, ensuring it would not be sold underneath me. After my finances were in order I went back and purchased the vehicle in full. At no time during this period did I feel at all pressured by her to "hurry up" with my finances or feel like the vehicle was going to be sold underneath me. Rose is an excellent sales agent with a great expertise in customer service. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Rose and her great staff over at Garber for future vehicle purchases! I think this is the best experience I've had buying a car! Dan Lennox was great and was very nice. He was there through the whole process and explained everything so even I could understand it! I had my used Subaru for about a week and one half and a light come on, on the dash. I called Dan and he said there was no problem. Take it to the service dept. and they will take care of you. I called the service dept. and Jessica said "Oh yes bring it in, if you can leave it we will give you a loaner car and will call you when we have your vehicle done!" I thought the day of the loaner car was gone! All in all, this experience was the greatest and I would most definitely send people to your dealership!!!! Thanks for everything! Pam B More
