Our sale associate, Frank Wagner Jr. took the time to see what it would take to get us into a 2014 Honda CR-V lease. Honda worked with us to get to a place were we needed to get in order to make the decision to lease another Honda CR-V. Honda worked with us regarding the over mileage and other very small things. Once we were set on purchasing the 2014 Honda CR-V, it was only about an 1-2 hours that we had to wait for the processing of the paperwork before we were in our new car. We were also in a hurry due to having been at Honda for many hours at that point, and between sales associates we were given the information we needed to get into the car and drive off the lot. My husband and I will be back in the future regarding buying other Hondas. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the dedication of the staff. I would highly recommend Garber to friends. More

This time, however, Roy had a great deal for me and worked with me to make it as affordable as possible. I keep coming back to this dealership BECAUSE of Roy. I know he will be honest with me, trustworthy, and that he will do his very best to get me a fair deal. Having worked with many dealers and dealerships, I cannot say this about the lot of them. I feel as if they set us up for success with our new purchase. Rose was friendly, outgoing, kind, and completely understanding during the entire process. We felt comfortable here - not pressured at all. They took their time - we were needy customers! Mike, the finance man, was very straight forward and helpful with getting us setup with the new car as well. During this process we felt as if we really got the TLC new car buyers need, with some laughs and jokes in the mix. Research and eventual purchase of a Honda I was in the market for a new car. I started my research mid - February. I then attended the Rochester Auto Show to see what the market had to offer I was in the market for a new car. I started my research mid - February. I then attended the Rochester Auto Show to see what the market had to offer. Garber Honda was the second dealership I visited of four car makes I was planning to look at. When I walked in, I was greeted by Annie Bochno, and she showed me the Honda Fit, Civic and Accord. I was given brochures on each model, and told about the features of each trim line. I then visited three different automobile make dealerships, but had not test driven any vehicle at this point. I returned to Garber, talked further with Annie who explained the safety features and the advantages of the EX models over the LX versions. She also “talked up” the dealership's service to the customer, its service area and the recent award the dealership recently received. The cars of my choice were either the CIVIC or ACCORD. My wife and I took each for test drive. I was thinking I wanted to test drive some other make cars, but after serious thought, knew that a HONDA was in our future. Thanks to Annie for the time she spent (more than 3 hours over the time frame). I needed to determine which model I wanted, and then decided to go with the extra features offered by the ACCORD EX line. She further went over the many electronic features of the car, set up the Bluetooth Phone process, before I drove it home. I made the right choice going with Garber. The sales people and all the staff all worked together to make the car buying experience enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, and answered my concerns/questions. The fact that Annie understood my need to research, give me time and no pressure, but keep in touch with me to see if I had further questions, were factors in me deciding to buy from Garber. Annie is very knowledgeable of all the features of each model, and put me at ease in my selection. This is my first HONDA. More
