Since my son had no idea what kind of car he wanted he was concerned about being pressured to make a decision. We told him he needn’t worry about that with Annie and she proved us right. As usual she was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. She also spent a lot of time with us, explaining all the different features of the car and the various trim levels. Thomas did an excellent job! I was shopping for my first new car and had heard many horror stories of pushy salesmen and inflated prices for new vehicles. I researched vehicles for quite some time and set up test drives with Garber and other competing dealerships. I narrowed it down to two vehicles, a honda or a competing brand. Both vehicles were very similar. I knew it was going to come down to who was going to provide the best offer. When I met Thomas for a final test drive, I was planning to leave the dealerdhip for the competing brand, possibly even purchasing another vehicle. But he convinced us to stay and discuss prices. Thomas provided amazing offers without being pushy. The whole dealership made me feel comfortable and provided great service, even when Thomas encountered difficulties with my out of state trade in and insurance.
