He's knowledgeable about the entire product line and extremely helpful, amazingly patient, and zero pressure.. He's responsive to email and returns calls. Andy Paris obtained an awesome financing rate through a local credit union. Andy Lahti was quick and fair in valuing my trade-in. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. Since hearing about Roy and leasing my daughter's first Honda with Holtz about eight years ago I've been returning to him and will continue to do so even though there are at least three closer Honda dealerships. As much as I love Hondas, if Roy were selling another brand he'd still be the first salesperson I'd call if I were looking for another vehicle - that's how good he is. More

Brian always displayed a high level of professionalism and positive energy throughout the entire time I was deciding on what car to get. I can tell he is very passionate and knowledgable about his job, which helped to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one. Matt Tyler also helped to explain the different warranties that I could get and was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Salesperson was great, the process used was dreadful We had an excellent salesperson in Ryan Patterson, courteous and knew his business and the car we were interested in. The process Garber Honda used on the other hand was very old school and tiring. It took us a total of four hours of back and forth negotiations to agree on a price. Then another three hours to get the car when we were told it would take one hour to prep the car. We have had better experiences at other dealers who gave us a fair price from the beginning. Garber's first price for the car and for our trade-in was an order of magnitude off. Customers should be well prepared with all the facts before going to Garber and then be prepared to stay most of the day. We will not purchase another car using this process. More
