Great experience! I went in to see my options for early lease buyout for my 2012 CR-V and left with a deal for a 2014 Civic SI that I couldn't refuse. My hot-car whisperer, Brian Bender,got me in this 205 HP metalic-orange head-turner & made it affordable for my budget. It may not be a Lotus Elise (my true dream vehicle), but it's close enough??! Plus he through in a few nice extras to seal the deal. It's an Awesome ride! The dealership was not high pressure and they wanted to make sure we found just the right vehicle to fit our needs. Rose Noyes took care of our financing, she is fantastic! She took time to find an amazing rate for us. After the purchase we had a few minor issues with the vehicle and Rose made sure our concerns were taken care of quickly. Everyone there was wonderful! Excellent Transaction - Rose is the best! I stopped in on a Thursday, took a test ride and picked up my car that Saturday. The financial manager Rose was very informative and made the process as smooth as possible, and the car salesman was also knowledagble and assured me that I was making the right choices along the way. Xavier did not pressure me into any decisions and explained not only why certain cars worked best for me, but also which ones were not in my best interest to invest in. Frank bent over backwards to help us October 2 2014 began as a difficult day. My previous car was a 2000 Accord that recently became no longer safe to drive. I needed a new car right away October 2 2014 began as a difficult day. My previous car was a 2000 Accord that recently became no longer safe to drive. I needed a new car right away. I had met and spoken with Frank about a month earlier, so I decided to make an appointment with him. Once at Garber Honda, Frank greeted my daughter and I with a smile and eagerness to help. He showed us both a 2014 Civic and a 2015 Fit. I test drove each one with Frank in tow. He explained the different controls, settings, and features thoroughly, and was also very attentive to make sure I knew what driving on different roads would feel like. Once back at the dealership, Frank took the time to show me all available colors and transmission types that Garber had available for both models. When I ultimately decided on the Civic, Frank was able to work with me and my limited budget- he did everything he possibly could to help bring the price down to an affordable amount. He never got impatient or upset with me, he even hugged me when I got emotional. The empathy and kindness he showed was not only appreciated, but it brought a sense of comfort and understanding. Frank went above and beyond his duty as a salesman and made the dreaded experience not so bad. He bent over backwards to make sure I left with a new vehicle, knowledge of that vehicle, and most importantly- piece of mind that someone was and still is willing to help. More

And for customers out there looking for a Sales Consultant, try Dan. I highly recommend Dan Moreno. He will go out of his way to help you locate and purchase the vehicle you are looking for. New Vehicle Stopped to look at new cars, with a 2009 Accord as a possible trade. Ended up trading for a 2014 Accord. Joe was very helpful and attentive. A little concern with Garber's overall "business" system. Our VIN # on our old car was attached to someone else. Joe did a great job of straightening that out. Then when we were ready to sign for new car, all paperwork came out with the wrong address. We were forced to wait an additional hour for correct paperwork to be printed. Appears that there may be some issues with data entry. It should not take 7 hours to complete a deal. This was an office issue. Joe Lighthouse, as stated before, was great. Overall, our experience was really good. Probably will shop at Garber's again. More
