We did research on the internet and called him on Saturday morning with what we thought was a fair price and he said he could do the deal. That evening we drove home our new car for the price we agreed on, recieved friendly helpful service, and no pressure to buy add ons or service contracts that we did not need. Frank does not only help you get into the car you would like, but more importantly he provides a great EXPERIENCE. Last weekend, 11/8/14, I started my adventure for a Honda CR-Z. I started at a different Honda dealership near by where I couldn't get the vehicle I desired at the deal I was looking for. The salesman just seen me as a number and mentioned how he needed the sale. So after test driving the car and negotiating back and forth, I left this dealership feeling disappointment. The sales guy only wanted to sell me what he had and when I asked about getting the car I wanted with all the same features but just in a different color, he wanted to charge me more because it was in a different area of NY as though I had been causing him a huge inconvenience! That is not good business! It's not like I was asking for a car that was a few states away! My girlfriend and I were going to end our search for the day after coming to the reality that purchasing a car always seems to be stressful. We were so close to postponing our search for my next new vehicle because of this... Then we considered another Honda dealer nearby: Garber Honda. Pulling into the parking lot, we were still second guessing going through with this, but as I write this, I am glad we stepped into the building!!! As we walked in, we met with Frank who was very polite, professional, and had a GOOD personality! A few minutes in to being at this dealership, my girlfriend and I had already been speaking to each other about how this experience was already way better than the first Honda dealership we went to: Despite the fact that the sales portion of the building was under construction and it was temporarily in the service area, the atmosphere was very warm and filled with many customers and very happy-looking and polite staff. This is always a good sign! We automatically felt like VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE to Frank, and not just a sale. I can't even believe sales people like this actually exist! I know they are rare! We told Frank about our first experience at the previous dealership (and how stressful it was) and the deal they offered us and he came back with a deal that was better than the best offer the other dealership could provide! He reassured us that "buying a car is suppose to be a joyous experience," with a smile on his face and I could tell he meant it. He was able to relate very easily as he IS a car guy himself. Furthermore, we had brought a quote from the previous dealership in case Frank wanted to see it, and we would have been ready to pull it out as proof. However, Frank just took our word for it and didn't question us at all, which I was not expecting at all based on my previous car shopping experiences. A sales person who is polite?! Is that even possible?! Obviously it is! Furthermore, I knew before I stepped into any dealership that getting the car I wanted in the color I wanted would most likely require it being driven in from a different region of NY at least. Unlike the first dealership, Frank did not hesitate one bit to get me the exact car I wanted! They had two other Honda CR-Z's at the dealership, and I was not pressured at all to get those because they were readily available, like the first dealership tried to do. As soon as I decided on the vehicle I wanted, we left the dealership happy but anxious. I could not wait to get my new car soon! Frank understood this perfectly well: Frank kept me updated with emails and text messages, which worked perfectly for me because I could not answer calls easily because of my work. He continuously kept me updated, and any questions I had, he answered back quickly! We went to pick the car up today and what a blast it has been! I got the car I wanted but I got what seems rare these days: A GREAT EXPERIENCE. That was the best part of it all! I normally never write a review because it's hard to really be convinced to do so, but we knew our first day speaking with Frank that we would be writing a review. Frank is a hard worker who is calm and will do his best FOR YOU. This is what customer service is all about and I am glad I'm not the only one who understands this! "Just-good-enough-people" are easy to come by: Great people are rare! I believe great people need to be recognized for their hard work. Most salesman just see you as a sales figure and because of that, they can't get the sale, and if they do, they sure didn't earn it. Frank EARNED my business. He gives Garber a great reputation and his professionalism and friendliness deserve recognition. You earned it my friend! More

My experience during the whole process was very positive, Brian helped me understand my options, explained everything involved in leasing, and finally in choosing the right vehicle for my needs. He even got me the color of my choice when it was not in the available inventory! Very enthusiastic and understanding – he patiently answered all my and my daughter’s questions. :) I am usually weary of sales people, but felt very comfortable working with him. Overall a great Garber experience and a good buy! Thank you Brian and Mike! Would certainly recommend Garber to friends. More
