Incredible Customer Service & Overall Experience!! I was beginning to think getting into a new car with an affordable payment was impossible until I went to Garber Honda. As soon as I walked in, I was I was beginning to think getting into a new car with an affordable payment was impossible until I went to Garber Honda. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Frank. Frank was polite, professional and had a GREAT personality! He was easy to talk to and after briefly explaining the reason for my visit, he sat me down and began to ask me a few questions. Because of my previous experiences, I was expecting the typical sales pitch and was pleasantly surprised when this did not happen. When purchasing a car in the past, I've always felt like just a "number." And for the first time EVER, I felt like someone actually cared about my wants/needs when purchasing a car. Frank took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for as well as a price point that I felt comfortable at. Not only did Frank take the time and show me multiple models that Garber Honda had to offer, it was also very obvious that he was extremely knowledgeable about the product(s) when going over all the different packages and features. Frank was not only able to find the car I was looking for (even the color) but was able to match my price point! Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be highly recommending him to everyone I know! It's obvious that he is a hard worker and will do his best FOR YOU! Not once throughout the entire process did I feel rushed or blind sided. I honestly didn't believe that there were still salesman out there like him. Frank's hard working and friendliness DESERVES to be recognized. He gives Garber Honda a GREAT reputation and is definitely an asset to their team! Thank you again Frank!
