I have to say that I had been always suspicious about car dealers and have been very cautious every time I had to deal with them, however my recent pu I have to say that I had been always suspicious about car dealers and have been very cautious every time I had to deal with them, however my recent purchase experience at Garber totally changed my minds! First of all, Rick Damico offered me a price that beat any other quotes I got from other dealers, on my first phone call with him! We made agreement on the final price and details within two hours over phone and emails, without me even showing up in their office! For the first time, I feel dealing with a dealer can be so simple, efficient and satisfactory but not painful! BUT you have to find the right dealer! Then I was scheduled for a time on the following day to review and sign the paperwork, and that is how we met Roy Patterson. Roy was extremely patient and helpful to us -- even though it was a very busy day (12/30), he spent great amount and quality of time with us to answer our questions and to review the car features/functions with us, making sure that our needs were completely met to our satisfaction. During the paperwork process, Rick visited us a couple of times to chat with us and also greatly entertain my 5-year-old daughter with two great toy gifts -- again they treated you with respect and care and made great efforts to make you feel comfortable and satisfactory. During our finance preparation process, we got help from Matt Tyler who obviously holds the same standards as his other colleagues -- professional, patient and warm-hearted. After several hours, we left Garber with a brand new Odyssey, and great satisfaction of customer service. Great thanks to you, Rick and Roy, for your great job on our purchase.
