We went out on test drives of two vehicles and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle features and the promotional offers. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome at Garber- introducing me to the Service Department and showing me the amenities available to customers when in for service appointments. Well we ended up leaving with the new 2016 accord AND a new CRV for myself. Reviewed a great deal in addition to negotiating our trade ins. Stress free environment and was very curtous making sure we were comfortable and explored options in our price range. 120 Mile Miracle After a 2 month credit dispute, my credit was significantly and negatively impacted. At the time, dispute was ongoing and near settled. I brought in all the necessary documents to substantiate my history and that the dispute would be settled in my favor. My local honda dealer couldn't get us approved for a Pilot due to the disputes so we received 5 'NOs' and a 'it's impossible' from our local dealer. We drove over 120 miles to Rochester and was greeted by Issac Elliott. Issac was honest, hassle-free and sharp! Between Issac and Mr. Andy Paris (Business Manager) we were able to get a deal! Not only was it just a deal, but a deal that works in our favor. Mr. Andy 'went to bat' for us and got us approved the same day! We drove home in our 2016 Pilot very pleased. Traumatic week all around but meeting Gina and Matt at Garber was a definite highlight! Gina met us as soon as we got out of our car. She was great!! Very nice, welcoming and listened very carefully as my wife explained our situation. The first car she showed us looked good. It had just come into the lot and we made a deal pending completion of the inspection. During the inspection the technicians found an issue which stopped the deal. Matt said he couldn't sell us that car - he just wouldn't have felt right about it. So he offered us a second car, in my mind a better car, at the same price. They made the car buying process easy and quick. They understood our need to have everything set and safe for our boys before we left. We are extremely happy with our experience at Garber. We turned into their lot on a whim but feel very fortunate to have met Gina and Matt and feel like we have friends in Rochester! We cannot thank Gina enough!
