Fantastic, Thrilled with follow up and the support Brandon reached out to me months ago seeing that it might be time that I would like to trade in my Fit for a newer model. At the time they had no Fits Brandon reached out to me months ago seeing that it might be time that I would like to trade in my Fit for a newer model. At the time they had no Fits with a manual transmission in stock but that didn't stop Brandon, he searched for one for me that he might get through the Honda network of dealers but was only able to find 1 which I wasn't thrilled with the color, and that still did not stop Brandon. He discussed other options with me and we ended up agreeing to keep looking for me and if he could not find one he would contact me when the new model year was available. Well sure enough he did and he had one delivered for me and I snapped it up in less than a week. Brandon worked with me on my financing to keep my payment almost the same with less time needed. He got me every answerr to every question and had me out the door with my new car the same day. Brandon took care of me so well, I will continue to recommend him and the Garber Honda dealership in which he works. I plan on only having survive done there and trading in this car for my next in a few years with Brandon. I'll just add that Brandon and the Garber team know what customer service is and A++ to them for my experience. More

He was in no way "pushy", or overbearing as many salesman can be when they're trying to make a deal. I requested certain things be "fixed" or taken care of and he got immediate approval before we "sealed the deal".
