Very unprofessional Sales Manager I visited hoping to lease a car. I put down a deposit, and they obtained a car that I was interested in leasing. In this process, I learned that the I visited hoping to lease a car. I put down a deposit, and they obtained a car that I was interested in leasing. In this process, I learned that the "deal" that was offered was far from what competitive dealers in the area could manage. Others had lower prices for even better equipped models. James was my initial salesman, and he was reasonable to work with. However, the sales manager Brian Bender was far from professional in his actions. Upon learning that I no longer wanted the car (seeing as I can obtain a better car elsewhere for less money) he called, obviously quite upset. He proceeded to raise his voice and yell over the phone at me for not continuing with the lease, and also threatened that my refundable deposit would not be returned to me. Needless to say this left a rather unfavorable impression. I then went to the dealer, spoke with the original salesman (James) requesting my deposit back. Of course he then gets the Sales Manager, who then claims that he never raised his voice and never would, and continued trying to force me to accept a deal that clearly can be beaten elsewhere. Then trying to make peace at the end, he offered $26 off the monthly payment of said car (comparable to what I am paying), Preferring to take my money elsewhere, I declined the offer not wanting to do business with a company that has management like this. Which is unfortunate, because overall the actual salesmen seemed to be kind and courteous. Not returning to Garber for sales or service while management like this in is place. More

My lease was up and I was looking for something a little bigger to fit my growing family. My Salesmen Thomas Conradt and Ray Henton were wonderful. I went back and forth between a Honda Odyssey and a Pilot so much, that I drove myself crazy, however they were both very patient and pleasant to deal with. Their knowledge of the Honda brand helped me decide which would be the best/safest/ budget friendly option for my family. Thank you so much Garber I am so happy with my Honda purchase !
